Remarks :

• If clinical symptoms persist, repeat urine culture with proper aseptic sample co lection is advised. 
• Antibiotic susceptibility testing was not performed as no organism was isolated. 
• Results should be interpreted in conjunction with clinical findings and other laboratory investigation. 
• This report reflects findings only from the sample received. 
• There may be an alteration in the growth characteristic of an organism if the patient is under a treatment with any antibiotic and if not withdrawn at least 7 days prior to the test. Hence the interpretation may be done accordingly. Accordance to Performance Standards for Antimicrobial Disc Susceptibility Test. CLSI. (formerly NCCLS).
